I was taking losartan 50 bd, nebicard 5 od, nikoran10 bd for last several years after getting 2 stents in 2010. Two weeks ago bp turn very low 100/60 so losartan reduced to 25 mg bd and bp turns normal. The last two days bp again 95/56. I was advised to stop losartan. But what about nebicard which is also betablocker?

Nebicard helps in preventing chest pain also. So if bp is going low, usual approach will be to decrease other medications first. Also in your medication history, you have also mentioned meteolar (metoprolol), which is also a beta-blocker. In that case, nebicard should be reduced. So, you a detailed drug review with an aim to reduce any unnecessary medicine.
